By
taking two of the best known naturally-green and naturally-red
aggregates from the UK and combining them with the coating technology
from their BBA Assessed SightGRIP™ range, Hoben International
Ltd can now provide you with a conspicuous surface treatment
for projects where high-friction aggregates such as calcined-bauxite
, with higher PSVs (Polished Stone Values), are not required.
Fern,
Ivy and Ruby use aggregates with a numerically low AAV - (Aggregate
Abrasion Value) - maintaining a high degree of resistance to wear
by the action of traffic.
Use
Ivy for cycle facilities where a recognised Deep Chrome Green
equivalent is specified, use Fern where a more vivid green may
be called for, or use Ruby where traffic calming calls for a subtle
and yet conspicuous red surface treatment.
